HR Business Partner
Candidate Requirements:
* CIPD qualification (Level 5 minimum) OR experienced HRBP with a strong track record of partnering with senior leaders in similar, UK and Ireland environment (desirable 5 years’ experience)
* Broad HR expertise across all aspects of the employee lifecycle – a generalist
* Demonstrable experience and in-depth working knowledge of UK Employment Legislation (Ireland experience desirable)
* Ability to support multi-site functions of geographically dispersed office and remote/field teams
* Demonstrable experience of working with and building excellent relationships with UK and Ireland Trade Union partners
* Proven experience in navigating industrial and employee relation issues
* Strong employment change management experience including TUPE and restructuring
* Solid knowledge and experience dealing with UK employee law
* Ability to interact with all levels and be an integral part of the operation
* Confident communicator – both verbal and written
* High attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
* Relationship building skills (internal and external)
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with high confidentiality
