Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons in line with the EYFS curriculum, ensuring all pupils are supported and challenged to reach their milestones. Foster a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that promotes a love of learning and development in all areas, including social, emotional, and academic growth. Assess and track pupil progress, using formative and summative assessments to inform planning and interventions. Work collaboratively with other members of the EYFS team, parents, and external professionals to support the holistic development of every child. Contribute to the wider school community through participation in staff meetings, development initiatives, and school events. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with specific training or experience in Early Years Education. A deep understanding of the EYFS framework and child development, with experience of successfully implementing this in a school setting. A commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning, demonstrated by strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage young learners. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. A passion for nurturing young childrens growth, creativity, and well-being.
