We're looking for a Customer Support Advisor to join our Snodland aftersales team What You'll Be Doing Be the first point of contact for customers experiencing issues with their recently purchased vehicle. Book customer appointments and ensure all necessary parts are available for your vehicle technicians. Provide daily updates to customers about their vehicle’s progress. Work closely with dedicated vehicle technicians to ensure a smooth aftersales experience. Oversee the maintenance of courtesy cars, including tax, MOT, and PDI checks. Maintain a tidy and organised workshop area. What We're Looking For Full UK Driving Licence Essential Strong customer service experience (motor trade background preferred but not essential). Excellent communication skills with a professional telephone manner. Organised, proactive, and able to problem-solve. Mechanical knowledge is a bonus but not required. What's in it for you?
