What You’ll Bring:
* Experience in a technical support or analyst role, ideally with AI or software systems
* Confidence in dealing with customers and translating complex issues into simple terms
* Ability to analyse structured/unstructured data, especially video and metadata
Bonus Points for:
* Exposure to AI, computer vision, or ML systems
* Familiarity with Go, Python, or similar languages
* Knowledge of retail tech or self-checkout systems
* Experience using video analysis tools or support ticketing platforms
