As an Internal Recruiter, you will work collaboratively with Stakeholders to meet Regional and Business Unit resourcing demands whilst providing reliable and confident customer service to ensure an excellent candidate experience that aligns with the company's Source, Train, and Retain Strategy.

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for all agency site-based resource requirements; you will work closely with the operation teams within the regions.
2. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from liaising with stakeholders to understanding resourcing requirements to face-to-face/TEAMS interviewing.
3. Answering queries from candidates related to the hiring process.
4. Sourcing candidates via online platforms.
5. Participate in careers and job fairs to boost the company's reputation and visibility.
6. Produce recruitment reports and provide administrative support as and when required.
7. Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure high levels of trust and engagement.
What do we need from you?
1. Experience in meeting challenging deadlines in a fast-paced recruitment/resourcing environment.
2. Background in working within an agency or in-house as a recruitment consultant/Internal Recruiter.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Able to use Microsoft suite packages.
5. Knowledge of the built environment, ideally Civil Engineering (Desirable).
6. REC or equivalent recruitment qualification (Desirable).
