Job Title: HR Data and Visualisation Lead

Salary: Up to £52,500 commensurate on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
* Review data standards and definitions, set by the Group Data CoE, and assess the effect of these to HR data
* Ensure functional HR data definitions are implemented in accordance with business requirements
* Ensure the HR team understands the HR data used by, stored in, or produced by systems in Digital Intelligence
* Monitor and enhance the data governance framework for HR data, including definition and refinement of processes, controls, and reports.
* Support data governance activities such as data maturity assessment as required and identify opportunities to improve quality of data across the data lifecycle
* Lead on all data-intensive projects such as organisation design changes across the Digital Intelligence HR team providing guidance, oversight and ownership for any project with significant complexity of HR data requirements
* Understand the impact of changes to data structure, role-based access and adoption of data usage in enterprise HR systems including SuccessFactors and SAP
* Advocate for better use and management of data and encouraging better data fluency within the organisation
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
* Hold consultative skills to effectively capture data requirements across Digital Intelligence HR
* Clearly demonstrates impactful communication skills (oral, written and presentation) in both formal and informal settings, articulating complex ideas to broad audiences
* Ability to summarise, present data and conclusions in the most appropriate format for all users
* Experience of interpreting data outputs in Tableau or other similar analytics toolsets
* Extensive Microsoft Excel experience to utilise for reporting and mocking up further data requirements
* Knowledge of the people data landscape within business organisations and understanding of how multiple data sets may interact
* Design and implementation of processes related to data governance oversight
Desirable:
* Experience using People systems such as SuccessFactors and SAP
* Relevant numerate or IT degree, experience in consultancy or people management position
* Proven experience implementing data governance or data management standards, and experience of working in the data domain
* Experience of implementing data management and governance processes, tools and applications (e.g., data quality, data catalogue)
* Knowledge of data landscapes within complex business environments

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a data lead role in the Digital Intelligence sector People team. Data is critical to transformation across the HR function and the Digital Intelligence People team are looking for someone to join the team working in a role focused on our People data to make a real difference in how the team works in both the short and long-term. This role covers all aspects of HR data working with the whole Digital Intelligence People team, the wider HR function, the Group Data Centres of Expertise (CoE), and the COO organisation, which includes a central Data team, within Digital Intelligence.
