A dedicated charity has an opening for a HR Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the HR function to support the charity’s values and vision.
This is a permanent position offering a salary range of £35,000-£40,000.
About the Role
Whilst they are looking for an HR generalist, the initial focus will be supporting and developing the recruitment and retention of a diverse and committed workforce.
You will support HR strategies, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation while promoting the charity’s values and culture throughout the entire employee lifecycle. Knowledge of diversity and inclusion best practices is important as this role is pivotal in fostering an inclusive workplace where every team member feels valued and respected.
About You
As a HR Manager, you will have exceptional interpersonal skills to enable strong relationships to be formed across all levels of the organisation, facilitating open communication and collaboration. You should possess strong problem-solving abilities and experience in change management with an ability to adeptly navigate the complexities of organisational transformations.
Ideally, you will be CIPD qualified (or have equivalent experience) and have previous experience managing a team along with HR generalist knowledge.
