Job Description
As our EMEA and UKI Benefits Senior Specialist you will join our Global Reward team in Staines where we strongly believe that working hard and having fun are two compatible elements.
This role has some specific regular tasks but also has many ad hoc tasks.
Tasks include but are not limited to:
1. Identifies benefit options by studying programs and obtaining advice from consultants.
2. Manage country and regional benefit contract renewals from end-to-end.
3. Maintenance of mobility administration including assignment initiation and monitoring, use of appropriate tools to generate cost estimates and letter generation in support of immigration processes.
4. Develop relationships with vendors/brokers to obtain contract usage data.
5. Manages benefits by coaching, counselling, and mentoring employees.
6. Resolves employee questions and problems by interpreting benefit policies and procedures.
7. Managing Benefits Documentation on the Rewards share point.
8. Support local HR with benefits processes.
9. Support the wider Reward team with benchmarking roles according to a prescribed job architecture and benchmarking.
10. Support on project work such as implementation of new benefits, country specific benefit reviews etc.
11. Support on the implementation of the Pay Transparency.
12. Complete a review of the UK Pension Scheme.
Qualifications
13. Previous reward & benefits experience is mandatory.
14. Must have experience of mobility processes in a multi-national organisation.
15. Experience with benchmarking, specifically Willis Towers Watson.
16. Proficient IT skills - Microsoft Outlook / Excel / Word / Power Point / SharePoint.
17. High level of attention to detail.
18. Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
19. Able to manage own workload and prioritise.
20. Self-motivated and drive to make a difference.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
