Main duties and responsibilities
* Supporting in identifying and securing qualified personnel, both internal staff and third-party contractors for project assignments.
* Coordinating the efficient mobilisation of personnel in line with contractual obligations and project requirements.
* Preparing and issuing service contracts to third-party personnel, ensuring all relevant personal and supplier information is accurately recorded and submitted to the appropriate departments.
* Distributing job-specific travel, location, and accommodation details to personnel and contractors while maintaining an accurate call-off register.
* Ensuring the personnel training matrix is up to date and available for internal and external reference.
* Logging all certification updates within the training matrix and ensuring scanned copies are stored in personnel records.
* Maintaining a Personnel Tracker and Availability Matrix to facilitate timely workforce planning and operational requirements.
* Collecting offshore work details for payroll processing.
* Managing visa applications for employees assigned to international projects.
* Contributing to departmental improvement initiatives by identifying and suggesting process enhancements.
Applicants to this role require
* Previous experience in a personnel logistics support role.
* Proven ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams.
* Familiarity with D365 is preferred.
* Highly self-motivated, well-organised, and adaptable to changing operational needs.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
