We’re looking for a dynamic Brand & Content Coordinator to join our team, supporting the Editorial and Content team in shaping and executing compelling content across all platforms. This role is perfect for a highly organised, creative individual with a keen eye for social trends, strong design skills, and a passion for storytelling. You’ll play a key role in event and project coordination, ensuring seamless execution from concept to content creation.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist Brand & Content Director on editorial coordination & content management
2. Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing in-house shoots and video content, from concept to filming
3. Put forward and execute ideas for video content on social
4. Stay ahead of social trends, incorporating them into content while maintaining Collagerie’s tone of voice
5. Find resourceful new ways of filming and showcasing product on social channels
6. Assist in the coordination and execution of Collagerie events, partnerships, and wider projects, ensuring all creative and logistical elements run smoothly
7. Attend Collagerie and external events to capture content
8. Lead on call-ins and returns for in-house shoots, ensuring smooth logistics
9. Create original design assets for the website, social and marketing - including collages, graphics and video content
10. Assist Digital Design Editor on website and newsletter layouts
11. Support Brand & Content Director on social posting and engagement
12. Manage and update Collagerie’s Pinterest boards daily, ensuring they remain curated and relevant
13. Play an active role in company-wide creative brainstorms, bringing fresh ideas to the table
The Person:
1. Proven experience in a similar role within fashion, lifestyle, or digital content
2. Previous experience in producing social-first video and still-life content
3. Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging social platforms
4. Working knowledge of Adobe video editing softwares and best practices for optimizing moving image for use on social media
5. Helpful but not essential, proficient skills in the latest Photoshop software
6. Pro-active and resourceful, ability to think in their feet and have a solution-based attitude to work
7. Ability to work to deadlines and react quickly to requests that need immediate action where necessary
8. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects
9. Enthusiastic and adaptable, ready to support a growing business with energy and flexibility
