At its core, this role is responsible for the creation and execution of an agreed joint business plan with the customer, executing the agreed Distribution, Volume and Revenue. The role requires developing and maintaining brilliant relationships across all levels of the customer's business, by demonstrating to the customer how we can help them build their business and disproportionately win in the market by working with HEINEKEN. The KCM is also a key leadership role for the On-Trade South team, supporting the Account Director in delivering our plan across the region.
Key Accountabilities
1. To grow the availability and visibility of HUK brands within the customer's account base and to ensure compliance to commercial agreements and Head Office contracts.
2. Work with our marketing teams to build a bespoke brand activation plan for your customers.
3. Responsible for all areas of interaction with the customer, implementation of agreed trading agreements and the exploration of new opportunities.
4. Ensure all annual commercial and brand objectives with the customer are understood and account plans are drawn up to a high standard.

Qualifications
We're looking for someone who is able to expertly plan and implement strategic initiatives across a variety of On-Trade Customers. You'll have responsibility for your P&L and pulling together the right deal for your customers, so previous experience with tenders and commercial deals would be an excellent advantage. One of the most important elements of this role is relationship building, we're looking for someone who has the ability to make connections and influence stakeholders at every level. If you have:
