Manage complex employee relations issues such as performance, discipline, grievances, absence, and redundancy.
Develop and execute a people strategy aligned with business goals and risks.
Advise leadership on HR matters and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
Manage all HR processes, including recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement.
