Provide support and cover for other members of the Postgraduate Medical Education Administration team.
To provide administrative services within the wider Postgraduate Medical Education team rota.
Assist with reception duties for the Department of Medical Education and provide an efficient messaging service for all staff members.
Prepare meeting correspondence and attend and take minutes of appropriate meetings.
Assist with the ordering of stationery and equipment for the Department using Unit 4.
To be familiar with and adhere to Health and Safety policy and all Trust policies and procedures.
Any other duty associated to the post.
To organise the smooth administration of multiple education courses and study days that may run concurrently. To provide an efficient administration service to the Resuscitation Officers whilst ensuring that the Postgraduate Education Workload is delivered as a team.
