Responsibilities:
* Travel between our head office in Hale, Manchester, and various sites for audits assessing site conditions and compliance.
* Prepare comprehensive reports on Fire, Water, Asbestos compliance findings.
* Work proactively with managers to establish safe working practices and procedures.
* Communicate health and safety information effectively across the organization.
* Monitor fire safety practices and accident prevention initiatives.
* Demonstrate decision-making, problem-solving, and motivational skills.
Additional Requirements:
* Full driving license
* Level 3 Health and Safety qualification
* Strong IT skills, including intermediate/advanced Excel for data extraction and analysis
* Good commercial awareness and understanding of cost impacts
* Knowledge of Systems Thinking principles and implementation
