Job Description: As a Project Manager (Mechanical & Electrical) you will be required to manage a team across The East Midlands/ Buckinghamshire. This is a site-based role where you will be expected to work as part of a team to deliver projects on time to a high-quality standard. The work will consist of the following:
1. Project value of £8m - £20 million
2. Design and build of multi-storey buildings
3. Delivering new build apartments, student accommodation & hotel projects
4. Liaising with site managers across multiple projects
5. Meeting with clients & contractors regularly to manage the programme of works
6. Project reports
7. Health and safety
8. Quality control
Qualifications required of the Project Manager:
1. SMSTS
2. First Aid
The ideal Project Manager will have experience in the following:
1. Managing multiple contracts/projects simultaneously
2. Residential background (apartments/student accommodation)
3. New builds
4. Mechanical and electrical background
Permanent Package:
1. Pension 5%
2. Annual leave is 25 days + bank holidays
3. Laptop + phone
4. Company car/allowance (Electric vehicle)
Location: East Midlands/ Buckinghamshire, UK
Start date: February 2025 (Or until notice period is cleared)
Working Hours: Mon – Thu, 8:30 – 17:00 / Fri, 8:30 - 16:00
Pay rate: £65,000-£75,000 per annum
Interview process: MS Teams 1st stage, face to face 2nd stage
