Job Description
* Lead, manage, and develop the Procurement function and team.
* Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
* Work cross functionally with internal stakeholders for new menu launches
* Drive strong relationships with suppliers - food, beverages and services.
* Monitor industry trends and advancements to keep the company competitive.
* Ensure adherence to procurement policies and procedures.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Interim Procurement role should have:
* A track record within F&B procurement for a leisure of hospitality brand
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Strong communication skills
* A passion for the food industry!
