The Recruitment Co are Recruiting for Permanent Secretary for their client based in Brechin to start immediately.
Pay: £22,000 - £24,000 Per Annum
Location: Brechin
Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm with a 1 Hour and 15 Minutes break. 33.75 Hours per week Full time however Part time can also be discussed.
Contract: Permanent
Duties:
* Digital Audio typing
* Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
* Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
* Preparing and collating reports
* Filing
* Organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
* Managing databases and systems
Required Skills:
* Experience within a Secretary role
* High level of customer service skills
* Detail oriented
* Works well in part of a team
* Proficient in the use of MS Packages
