What will you be doing as a New Business Development Manager
You will identify, engage, sign up, and launch new Estate Agents, bringing high-quality branches into our partner network, promoting both our auction and private treaty products.
* You will proactively generate leads via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
* You will recruit and onboard Partner Agents to use iamsold as their Auction service, whilst also cross-selling additional iamproperty products and services.
* You will build strong relationships with estate agents at all levels.
* You will successfully transition signed clients through the Onboarding and Account Management teams.
* You will deliver training sessions with partner agents and branch staff to maximise auction leads.
* You will develop and execute a bespoke regional recruitment strategy
* You will maintain accurate records in the pipeline management system.
* You will attend and represent iamproperty at industry events and conferences, acting as a brand ambassador across all communication channels.
* You will meet daily appointment targets through strong organisational skills.
What are we looking for?
* Estate Agency/property and B2B sales experience
* Proven track record of hitting targets and delivering results within the property sector or similar
* Strong new business development skills with CRM experience.
* Self-motivated, disciplined, and results driven.
* Ability to identify prospects and secure meetings with decision-makers.
* Willingness to travel extensively across the UK.
* Skilled in motivating and coaching Estate Agents to drive business.
* Confident presenter, persuasive, and able to inspire large audiences.
* Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels.
* Resilient, tenacious, and able to handle rejection positively
* Effective working remotely and as part of a team, blending virtual and in-person sales.
