Maintain and up-date customer account data including Negotiated pricing as per agreed standards as set out in the Gold StandardForInvoices For Managed Accounts document. To process anyaccount amendments/cancellations and new business mobilisations, liaising with internal account managers,customersand competitors to ensure smooth transition of services. To take ownership of queries ensuring they are brought to a resolution within a timely manner, whilst maintaining targets and deadlines. To ensure that customers pay within their agreed contract payment terms by resolving any issues/queries,enabling us to maintain consistent cash flow and achieve old debt targets. To work proactively with customers and internal account managers to review working practices and re-engineer processes to ensure there is continuous improvement to maximise effective and efficient customer service. Liaising with other departments within the PHS Group to improve customer service and satisfaction. To assist in training of new starters and existing team members. To participate in training courses that will enhance your performance within their job role. To maintain the internal systems thus ensuring Customer information is accurate/up to date. Tounderstand and utilise software to reduce manual administration and to identify areas where you believe working practices can be improved and propose workable solutions for doing so.
