Project Manager - FMCG - Salary dependent on experience
The Work Shop are pleased to be working with a global supplier and designer of luxury packaging within the food gifting space.
They are looking to bring on board a Project Manager to work alongside the Director on multiple projects, taking responsibility for new projects from point of sale through to delivery on time and within budget.
The position will involve:
1. Managing orders through to delivery, on time and to specification
2. Engaging with large retail and manufacturing customers on a day-to-day basis to progress projects
3. Keeping external and internal clients updated on all relevant information
4. Proactively managing timelines and critical paths throughout the supply chain to ensure on-time delivery
5. Completing and managing paperwork and specifications for all projects
6. Liaising with logistics and warehousing teams, providing timely, accurate information for purchasing and planning
7. Briefing and managing art teams on creative tasks, including managing customer feedback
You will ideally come from a projects background or similar, such as a strong account manager with some FMCG knowledge.
You will need to be extremely organized, a great communicator, and have experience dealing with buyers and/or product developers.
A good level of IT skills, particularly in Excel, is required.
A passion for design and creativity would be an advantage.
Generous starting salary dependent on experience.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM, although some flexibility may be required. Please note that due to location, a car is essential for this role.
This role will ideally be based between two sites, working from Poole and Ringwood. Great working environment.
