Business Analyst Role Leeds - Hybrid working As a Business Analyst you'll analyse, document, and propose process IT solutions for large and/or complex business areas/projects, so you'll have superb analytical skills, and really be able to look at problems logically. You'll also prepare documentation, which feeds into the relevant development team or supplier, and forge strong relationships with key business stakeholders in order to break down barriers to accurate and timely requirements. This means you'll be an excellent communicator across all mediums. Collecting, understanding, challenging, and translating the business requirements for projects, and creating appropriate functional and non-functional specifications will be a huge part of your role, so you'll be confident with strong attention to detail skills. What do you need to bring to our team? Excellent analytical skills and the ability to look at problems logically and work them through to a successful conclusion. Strong communication skills including the ability to break down barriers between stakeholders and developers. Ability to plan and facilitate workshops and meetings to deliver an agreed outcome. Demonstrable experience of writing requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria. Business analysis experience. Demonstrable evidence of analysing and documenting complex business processes.
