Your Role as the Creative and Induction Hub Manager
As the Creative and Induction Hub Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a dynamic range of educational and creative programs at HMP Peterborough. Your role will focus on managing the induction process for new prisoners and leading creative subjects such as Art, Radio Media, ICT, and Personal and Social Development (PSD).
You will manage and support a team of tutors and support staff, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning through quality assurance, performance evaluations, and curriculum development. Your role will also involve monitoring educational progress, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with national and local policies.
In addition to your management duties, you will play a key role in rehabilitation efforts by forming relationships with external partners, including businesses, educational institutions, and community organisations. Your leadership will help provide prisoners with valuable skills and training, improving their chances of successful reintegration upon release.

The Ideal Candidate
Essential :
* Full teaching qualification (DTTLS, PGCE, Cert Ed) or willingness to work towards one
* Leadership and management qualification (or willingness to obtain)
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Passion for rehabilitation and offender resettlement
* Experience in educational program development and quality assurance
* Ability to adapt to changing educational and prison regulations
Desirable:
* Assessor or Internal Verifier qualification
* Experience in a prison education environment
* Proven track record of leadership in education or training
