Field Service Engineer - M&E
As a Field Service Engineer - Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) at Honeywell, in the Southwest, you will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day delivery of planned and reactive maintenance tasks, undertaking electrical and mechanical building service Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) along with plumbing and HVAC works and ensuring that all Health and Safety procedures are followed as per Honeywell guidelines. This is a field-based role working at client sites across the Southwest including Bristol, Swindon, Bath, and other areas across Wiltshire, Dorset, and Devon.

Key requirements
1. Prioritise and undertake reactive and Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks to ensure optimum levels of service delivery are achieved and tasks are carried out in line with task schedules.
2. Carry out the installation of new M&E equipment as required, including minor new works, refurbishment, and capital works replacement programmes, and respond to site callouts and cover emergencies as necessary.
3. Highlight faults and provide quotations for remedial works.
4. Install and repair plant as required and act promptly to all reactive maintenance issues and requests associated with the site.
5. Ensure a customer focus within all areas of operational activities and maintain effective relationships with key client contacts.
Key skills and qualifications
1. Previous experience within building maintenance, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing skills, coupled with City and Guilds qualification or equivalent in electrical services/maintenance.
2. Health and safety knowledge, including knowledge of lone working requirements.
3. Customer service experience and the ability to communicate at all levels.
4. Full UK driving license.
