Job Description
* Assisting with the preparation of monthly financial reports
* Maintaining and updating financial records
* Supporting the Accounting & Finance department with routine tasks
* Processing invoices and expense forms
* Assisting with budget preparation
* Processing transactions and updating ledgers
* Participating in internal audits
* Completing ad hoc tasks as required within the Accounting & Finance department
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
* A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
* Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
* Excellent numerical and analytical abilities
* Strong knowledge of financial regulations
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
