About the Role: As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support primary school students in a variety of subjects,assisting them with their learning and development. You will help with classroom management, provide one-to-one or small group support to students, and engage in lesson activities. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your teaching skills and gain hands-on experience in a school environment. Key Responsibilities of the Grad TA (Primary): Provide individual and small group support to primary school students, helping them engage with their lessons. Assist teachers in delivering exciting and engaging lessons across a range of subjects. Support students with a variety of learning needs, helping them overcome challenges and reach their full potential. Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment. Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers. Support students in developing their social and emotional skills. Prepare and organize learning materials, ensuring that the classroom runs smoothly. What We Are Looking for in a Graduate Teaching Assistant: A recent graduate with a passion for education and working with children. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with young learners. A proactive and enthusiastic approach to supporting children in their learning journey. Patience, empathy, and the ability to work with children with varying abilities and needs. A desire to pursue a career in teaching and education. Experience working with children, although not essential, is desirable. What We Offer: Competitive daily pay rates of £87 - £108, depending on experience.
