Tenancy Sustainment Officer Location : Leicester Salary : £ 25,300 per annum Job title: Service Coordinator A fulfilling and exciting opportunity has become available for a Tenancy Sustainment Officer in our young persons service in Leicester. Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd supports vulnerable individuals and households. Purpose of the role To provide advice and assist Young People to manage and sustain their tenancy in accordance with its terms enabling them to live independently. To uphold safeguarding procedures and maintain regular contact with at risk young people ensuring concerns are reported to relevant managers, colleagues or statutory agencies. The job-holder will lone-work out of hours within a supported accommodation environment where young people may be vulnerable and have multiple needs. You will be expected to contribute to the maintenance and development of the Associations values, culture and ethos. Please see the job description for more information.
