We're seeking a passionate Platform Engineer to join our dynamic Platform team, a unique opportunity to make a real impact at the forefront of financial technology. As the Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting product teams in creating stable, secure, and scalable platforms for their software to run on.
Allica's Platform team adheres strictly to best-in-class methodologies such as Infrastructure as Code, utilising Terraform and Azure DevOps to implement declarative infrastructure. This role mandates the use of these technologies to deploy and maintain cloud-native systems, ensuring the use of the latest advancements in cloud platform management.
Key responsibilities include Cloud Infrastructure Development, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD Pipeline Management, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Performance Monitoring, Continuous Improvement, Documentation, and Support and Maintenance.
Required skills include experience in Azure, Azure DevOps, Terraform, Ansible, scripting in Bash/PowerShell, strong analytical skills, communication and problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of Linux based systems.
