We're looking for a Home Department Supervisor to join our team at one of the UK's largest and most respected Garden Centre groups. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and inspire a team while managing an exciting department full of Home products.
Where you'll be: You'll be part of a dynamic team in a leading garden centre, overseeing the Home Department and ensuring exceptional customer service and retail standards. Your expertise will ensure the department runs smoothly, with a focus on merchandising, stock management, and creating engaging displays.
What you'll be doing:
1. Manage stock and oversee merchandising.
2. Ensure retail standards are consistently met.
3. Responsible for ordering and maintaining performance reports.
4. Manage POS materials in your area.
5. Step up as the Department Manager's deputy when needed.
What we need from you: We're looking for a detail-oriented, friendly, and proactive individual who has a passion for home products. You should have experience in retail, with the ability to inspire your team and ensure high standards across the department. Strong communication skills, a good eye for display, and the ability to manage both stock and team performance are key to success in this role.
