About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Liverpool FC team as a Retail Sales Advisor at our Chester Store. We’re looking for individuals who are passionate about customer service and enjoy working as part of a team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the overall customer experience within the Liverpool Football Club Store is of the highest standard.
What will you be doing?
1. Dealing with customer sales and refunds, focusing on customer care and experience.
2. Processing cash and card payments at the till.
3. Building product knowledge to advise customers on product selection.
4. Driving sales through upselling, increasing AVS, UPT, and Conversion rates.
5. Merchandising and display management.
6. Managing stock shrinkage and cash flow controls.
7. Supporting receiving and storing stock deliveries.
Who are we looking for?
Successful candidates will have recent retail and customer service experience in a customer-facing role, with excellent numeracy and literacy skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with confidence in delivering excellent customer service and teamwork. Retail or customer service qualifications are advantageous. Flexibility to work varied hours is required.

This is a permanent role, working 16 hours per week across 5 days, including evenings, weekends, and matchdays. The main base will be our Chester store.
