Job Description
As the Curated Experience Manager, you will take the lead in planning and delivering engaging on-site events and activations that leave lasting impressions. Collaborating closely with a small, dedicated team, you will be at the forefront of designing positive and meaningful interactions for colleagues, clients, and campus guests.
Your role is all about delivering the unexpected—infusing each interaction with fun, excitement, and a personal touch. You will be an open, passionate, and customer-focused professional who embodies outstanding service and keeps it at the heart of everything you do.

Key Responsibilities
1. Assist with the administration of activations and events, following client milestones for annual Campus Workplace Programming.
2. Work closely with HSEQ Team, checking and collating Insurances documents and RAMS and sending out confirmations as required.
3. Manage the activation calendar.
4. Source and create activations and events.
5. Produce and/or collate the written copy for the events and activations onto a number of platforms.
6. Manage certain activations on site from planning through to delivery, always ensuring a safe environment and a high delivery standard.
7. Conduct site visits with potential partners and activation producers.
8. Work up budgets for activations and events.
9. Line manage, train and develop our Curated Experience and Go To Team hosts.
