Wastewater Asset Survey Leader

Irlam-based with fieldwork across the North West

Salary: £29,000 + Overtime & Excellent Benefits

Field-Based Role - UK Driving License Required

Are you an experienced field professional with strong leadership and problem-solving skills? Do you have expertise in surveying manholes, combined sewer overflows, and pumping stations? If so, we have an exciting Team Leader opportunity for you!

The Role:

As a Team Leader, you will oversee field operations, ensuring work is carried out to STC25 standards while maintaining safety and efficiency. You will be responsible for leading a team, conducting surveys, and ensuring all GIS mapping and reporting requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:

* Surveying manholes, combined sewer overflows (CSOs), and pumping stations to STC25 standards
* Ensuring compliance with NRSWA regulations and health & safety standards
* Using GIS mapping and reporting tools
* Leading and supporting a field-based team
* Problem-solving and making real-time decisions in the field
* Preparing clear and concise reports

What You Need:

* Confined Spaces Certificate
* NRSWA certification
* Strong written communication skills for accurate reporting
* Excellent problem-solving abilities
* Full UK Driving License (essential)
