We are seeking a passionate, innovative and energetic teacher to join The Castle School Family. Castle @ Theale, part of The Castle School, is a new provision for students aged 11-19 with SEMH and ASD needs, which opened in September 2022.
You will be an exceptional educator who can work within the school team to create student centred, supportive learning environments. You will develop and deliver an exciting, engaging and challenging curriculum in a truly therapeutic setting.
We welcome applications from teachers from all settings who have the desire to change the lives of young people. You will have a passion for person centred learning and therapeutic approaches and be keen to be involved in the growth of this new provision.

The core purpose of this person’s role will be to:
•Plan and deliver person centred learning for students with a variety of individual needs.
•Monitor and review student progress and social and emotional development
•To be part of a positive and inclusive wider school community
•To work with a wider multi-professional team to develop therapeutic learning environments focused on positive wellbeing for both students and colleagues.
