Manage and control an area revenue and capital budget of approximately £5m to achieve best value. Ensure data accuracy across all internal systems related to building maintenance. Use your strong interpersonal skills and commitment to health and safety to manage costs, quality, and project timelines. Proactively address maintenance challenges and foster relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders. What Were Looking For: Proven experience in building surveying. Strong relationship-building skills. Ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively. Experience in a large, multi-layered organization is a plus. Knowledge of the Retail and Licensed field is highly desirable. Chartered status (CIOB, CABE, or RICS) is a great advantage. Ready to Make an Impact?
