As the Sales Administrator you will benefit from:
1. 25-30k pa depending on experience
2. Free parking
3. 8:00am to 5pm Monday to Friday

As the Sales Administrator, you will be:
1. Liaising with prospective clients for information
2. Taking customer enquiries, liaising with sales team, raising quotations
3. Supplier liaison and purchase order placing
4. Keeping HubSpot CRM up to date
5. Arranging/taking customer deposit payments and ensuring accuracy of invoicing
6. Dealing with travel arrangements, diary management, e-mail response, general logistical oversight including export documentation
Who we're looking for:
We are looking for a positive, professional individual who is adaptable and able to think on their feet! You must have had previous experience working in a Sales Administration or Administration role and are eager to get stuck in a varied office role.
