Electronic Test Engineer – The Role:
1. Electronic Bench Testing: Testing, troubleshooting, and validating electronic circuits and PCB components. Developing and implementing cost-effective, scalable testing methods for prototype and production stages to ensure product reliability and manufacturability.
2. RF Testing & Troubleshooting: Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving RF-related issues without compromising the integrity of the board or design. Using RF test equipment to validate product performance against specifications, including impedance matching, power output, signal quality, and noise analysis.
3. Debugging & Root Cause Analysis: Conducting in-depth root cause analysis of hardware issues (PCB, RF) and recommending process improvements. Analyzing failed test results and applying corrective actions to meet product requirements. Supporting cross-functional debugging, including firmware faults where relevant.
4. Production & Prototype Testing: Validating prototypes, designing test plans, and conducting tests in both development and production environments. Developing and maintaining test rigs and systems to improve testing efficiency and product quality. Assisting in setting up testing infrastructure, troubleshooting during production, and providing feedback for continuous improvement.
5. Telecommunications (Optional if experienced): Working on telecommunications systems, network protocols, and standards. Handling RF components such as filters, antennas, and amplifiers in telecom system performance.
Skills and Experience Needed:
* Electronic bench testing

* Debugging & root cause analysis
* Production & prototype testing experience
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
* Strong communication skills for cross-functional team interaction
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple tasks
* Attention to detail to ensure quality and reliability
* Telecommunications knowledge (preferred)
* Previous experience in telecom or wireless communications industry (highly advantageous)
