THE ROLE
The Sales Support Administrator is responsible for providing administrative assistance to TBU (Technical Business Unit - Sales Team), handling initial customer inquiries, requests, chasing and managing client documentation, and ensuring the smooth flow of sales operations. The role involves collating information for the consultants, managing databases, processing documents, managing diaries, working alongside the Head of TBU, and providing general support to the team and assisting them in meeting targets and bringing on new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administrative Support:
* Working with the TBU Team and assisting with administrative tasks, including collating potential client documents and ensuring all consultations are fully prepared and professional.
* Manage and maintain the CRM system and ensuring all information is correct and up to date.
* Collate reports as requested by management team.
* Ensure potential clients are managed with our high service standards.
* Sales Reporting & Data Management:
* Support the sales team with reporting by tracking and analysing sales performance data.
* Prepare regular sales reports and assist in the preparation for consultations.
* Maintain and update sales databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Compliance and Process Management:
Ensure all members of the team are following agreed processes and within standards.
Experience:
* Previous experience in sales administration, sales support, or customer service is essential.
* Experience using CRM software and other office software.
* Familiarity with financial accounts.
Skills:
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
