Group IT Business Partner

We have an exciting opportunity for a Group IT Business Partner to join our team and operate at a global level. This position is pivotal to aligning information technology capabilities with business objectives, driving efficiency and supporting innovation within the company.
You will have ownership and accountability for driving improvement of assigned products, processes and information technology components globally across the organisation. Your principal focus will be partnering our commercial colleagues.
Responsibilities:
* Engage globally with internal & external stakeholders to understand their objectives.
* Identify and document business improvement opportunities.
* Translate business improvement opportunities into deliverable products.
* Work with internal and external partners to evaluate products and services.
* Recommend solutions that provide the best value for the business.
* Plan and prioritise improvement initiatives.
* Lead the delivery of business improvement initiatives ensuring identified benefits are realised.
* Develop, maintain and deliver roadmaps for assigned products/process areas.
* Provide Line and/or Matrix management responsibilities as appropriate
* Mentor colleagues
* Ensure effective stakeholder engagement including regular status updates to senior business stakeholders
Requirements:
* Extensive experience of IT Product Management, Project Management & Business Analysis.
* Excellent communicator who thrives working with cross-functional teams.
* Ability to build relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders across our business.
* Experience of managing vendors to successfully deliver required outcomes and services
* Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy.
* Adaptable to changing business needs.
* Solid understanding of IT systems, software development, and database management.
* Familiarity with agile and waterfall project management methodologies and tools.
* Budget planning and management skills.
* A self-directed person with a passion for technology, collaboration, and creative problem-solving.
* The ability to think laterally & literally to evaluate and analyse data, create solutions, & communicate with a variety of people.
* Has a strong belief in customer satisfaction
* Ability to work well within a team, whilst being able to resolve conflict.
* Ability to travel < 50% of time.
