The successful candidate will be confident, organised and have excellent communication skills. The post requires a high degree of interpersonal, organisation, communication and administrative skills. Including initiative, flexibility, diplomacy, discretion and confidentiality and a professional approach. The successful applicant will be able to: monitoring attendance with reports to the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team representing school at meetings and legal proceedings the candidate will need to take decisions on a day-to-day basis to ensure administrative deadlines and requirements are met, to prioritise own workload including the timely production of information and analysis of data. To deal with changing and conflicting deadlines and to frequently deal with non-routine queries and forwarding matters to appropriate staff where necessary formal letter writing, writing up reports liaison between Parents/Carers, all staff, Governors and external agencies provide excellent all-round administrative support to the school as a whole including the Headteacher, SENDCo and the Office Team diary management via Microsoft Outlook maintain confidential databases including Bromcom Management Information System organising and maintaining effective filing/file management systems email management ensuring all Safeguarding matters that may be disclosed to you are logged correctly Talbot Primary is an ambitious, friendly and happy school for children aged 4 to 11 years.
