Responsibilities:

2. Individualised Support: Work with individual students to provide additional academic or behavioral support, adapting your approach to their needs.
3. Differentiated Instruction: Assist with implementing differentiated instruction to support diverse learners.
4. Administrative Tasks: Complete administrative tasks as assigned by teachers, including marking, preparing resources, and managing equipment.
5. Collaborative Teamwork: Work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with teachers, support staff, and other professionals.
Requirements:
1. HLTA Qualification: Hold a valid HLTA qualification.
2. Experience: Proven experience working as an HLTA in a UK school setting.
3. Passion for Education: A genuine passion for supporting student learning and a commitment to creating a positive learning environment.
4. Strong Communication: Excellent communication skills for interacting effectively with teachers, students, and colleagues.
5. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to different teaching styles and learning needs.
6. Teamwork: Experience working collaboratively within a team to support student success.
