What you'll be doing:
1. Lead the BAE Submarine Security Intelligence Team.
2. Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within the business and with external partners.
3. Develop and deliver intelligence requirements and collection plans.
4. Support the Insider Threat Working Group by collating relevant information on emerging or existing trends and hotspots.
5. Support investigations and the intelligence team by conducting appropriate tasks and producing high-quality reports.
6. Drive intelligence gathering opportunities through appropriate use of all sources.
Your skills and experiences:
* Demonstrable experience in delivering or supporting investigations, intelligence, and insider threat strategy.
* Experience operating within an industry, military, or law enforcement intelligence field.
* Experience in delivering Counter Intelligence mitigation.
* Understanding of key functions and frameworks in delivering intelligence products and threat estimates.
* Knowledge of legislation and regulations related to security functions and partners.

The Security Intelligence team:
Joining this team means playing a collaborative role in coordinating between BAE's Submarine division and security providers. You will support early risk identification through joint efforts with relevant internal and external stakeholders. Relocation support packages are available for all Submarines roles, subject to eligibility.
