In this role, you'll be the go-to person for handling invoicing and making sure fees are collected smoothly. You'll be the friendly finance liaison for parents about fees and for staff when it comes to school trip budgets. Plus, as part of a close-knit team, you’ll get to pitch in and support your colleagues whenever needed, making the job both dynamic and collaborative!Main Duties:
1. Assist the Head of Finance in the production of monthly management accounts and schedules.
2. Liaise with the statutory auditors.
3. Preparation, distribution and ongoing support of monthly budget reports for budget holders.
4. Administration and maintenance of billing ledger.
5. Reconciliation of pupil information.
6. Issue termly bills and ensure payments are received on a timely basis.
7. Provide the COO with weekly reports on outstanding fees and act as a lead in the collection of outstanding fees.
8. Investigate and reply to parent queries on a timely basis.
9. Prepare fees in advance calculations as requested and issue information to parents.
10. Maintain the fees in advance register.
11. Work in partnership with Admissions team, providing them with details of deposits and scholarship payments received.
12. Maintain deposit spreadsheet and reconcile iSAMS and iFinance deposit figures.
