Spencer Clarke Group are looking for a Clinical Psychologist to join one of our private clients. Providing clinical psychology and neuropsychology advice to people who endured acquired brain injuries (ABI). Working with private clients, you will be essential in promoting their psychological health and rehabilitation. Working with a variety of professions is part of the occupation, including family members, outside healthcare practitioners, and the service users themselves. You will evaluate, diagnose, develop and implement treatment programs in this position that are specific to each client's needs. Your knowledgeable advice will maximise their recovery and offer assistance during their entire rehabilitation process.
What you'll do:
* Provide psychological and neuropsychological assessments for individuals with acquired brain injuries.
* Develop and implement evidence-based interventions, therapies, and treatment plans.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including medical professionals, therapists, and care providers.
* Liaise with family members, carers, and service users to ensure a holistic and person-centred approach to treatment.
* Maintain accurate and detailed case notes and reports, ensuring compliance with professional and legal standards.
What we're looking for:
* A degree in Psychology, accredited by the British Psychological Society (BPS) for Graduated Basis for Registration (GBR) or the equivalent.
* HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council) registration is essential.
* Experience working with individuals with acquired brain injuries (ABI) is highly desirable.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with multidisciplinary teams, family members, and clients.
* Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
