We are really keen to hire a Financial Reporting Manager to join our team in SW18 on a 12 month fixed term contract. As a Financial Reporting Manager in the TFG Accounting & Reporting team, you will deliver on the following key roles and responsibilities: Ownership of the delivery of monthly management accounts, ensuring completeness and accuracy in reporting for the following areas across the TFG Group (all brands): Revenue, COGS & margin Stock Logistics/stockholding costs Marketing Responsible for presenting results to senior finance management on a monthly basis, including detail understanding of the underlying drivers of the results and analysis of variances from key benchmarks (including budgets, forecasts and prior periods). Delivering a timely and accurate financial statement close process on a monthly basis, and maintaining appropriate financial control frameworks Partnering closely with the following teams across the business to support operations and business decisions by providing financial insight and analysis: Commercial finance team Warehouse & stock control teams Buying & merchandising teams Brand & retail teams Ecommerce team Marketing team Customer care team Key point of contact during year end audit and internal audit process About You To be successful in the role Financial Reporting Manager you will have the following skills and experience: ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified – with demonstrated PQ development Experience working in a finance team for a retail / consumer product business, particularly with stock experience preferred Strong financial acumen and commercial awareness Experience in successfully managing a team Ability to manage and influence stakeholders Strong professional communication skills Act as a collaborative team player Attention to detail and consistent approach with focus on delivering results Ability to clearly demonstrate and align with our TFG values; We Care, We Create, We Collaborate, We Connect In return we offer a competitive salary and benefits including: Staff Discount Discounts across your favourite brands Virtual GP Service Virtual Wellbeing and Counselling Service Financial Wellbeing Support Early Pay through Access Early Pay Discounted Gym Memberships About Us TFG London is a fast growing retail group.
