What you’ll do
We have an exciting opportunity for an Acquisition Sales Specialist – SM&E to join our brand new IT Managed Services segment in Vodafone UK Business, based in Swansea. You will be responsible for bringing in new SM&E business customers in your local area, as well as nurturing active customers and growing their accounts, selling Microsoft-centric support services with a focus on data protection, communications, collaboration, and information security.
1. Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to win new business, with the view to continue to nurture and maintain relationships, acting as their primary point of contact.
2. Drive the sales process from initial contact to closing, including contract negotiations and deal closures.
3. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the company.
4. Conduct regular business reviews and performance evaluations with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
5. Address client concerns and issues promptly, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining client loyalty.
Who you are
Proven track record of success in B2B sales, from any industry. We can train you in IT!
1. Ability to win new business, developing strong relationships, nurturing accounts, and growing them.
2. Good understanding of the SM&E market.
3. Demonstrable communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically to address client needs.
5. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
6. Showcases strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
