£29,460 to £31,960 per annum
40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7
We are recruiting for a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our clients team at their Luxury 4 Star Hotel

About the Role of Chef de Partie
As a Chef de Partie, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen by effectively managing a designated section, maintaining high culinary standards, and contributing to the creation of exceptional dishes.
Chef de Partie Main Responsibilities:
* Prepare food to a consistently high quality in line with menu specifications.
* Suggest daily specials incorporating seasonal ingredients.
* Writing of menus for all food out lets with regular reviews.
* To assist with training and development of all departmental staff.
* Liaise with Sous Chef/s to ensure exceptional service levels are consistently delivered to guests.
* Accept and check deliveries from agreed suppliers to ensure that they are to the specification requested.
* Ensure all equipment is maintained in a clean working condition.
* Report faulty equipment to Sous Chef / Head Chef.
* To input into the compilation of and work within the agreed departmental budget.
* Maintain hygiene standards in areas of responsibility.
Chef de Partie Experience and Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a professional kitchen
* Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety standards
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills
* Strong communication and teamwork abilities
* A passion for food and a commitment to continuous improvement
