Extra Care Services Manager 37 Hours Per Week Circa 31,900 per annum Eastbourne, East Sussex We are recruiting for an Extra Care Services Manager to join our Extra Care team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will be responsible for managing one of our extra schemes in the Eastbourne area and will facilitate and enable older people in retirement housing to live as independently as possible. On a day-to-day basis, providing continuity for residents and colleagues in delivering excellent scheme-based services including: Enhanced Housing Management service (EHM) advising on income maximisation, promoting independence and tenancy sustainment Tenancy management low level rent arrears, antisocial behaviour and letting empty properties Facilities management management of communal areas, health & safety, and compliance Partnership working developing relationships with the on-site care and catering teams as well as external agencies such as the local authority and adult social care At Saxon Weald we believe in the potential of every individual to bring unique perspectives and skills to our team.
