Job Description:
We are working with an excellent wholesale company based in Whitefield who are looking for a part-time Credit Controller to join them on a permanent basis. This role involves approximately 20 hours per week, with flexible working days and hours.
The company is medium-sized and reports to the finance manager.
Responsibilities include:
* Allocating payments using the in-house accounting system
* Handling ledger and credit control queries
* Adding new customers to the system
* Performing credit checks on new customers
* Reporting debtor issues to the finance manager
* Applying for credit insurance
* Bank reconciliations (multi-currency)
* Month-end reconciliations
* Other ad hoc duties
