As we continue to expand, we’re seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Fire and Security Technician to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
1. Servicing a range of systems, including Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms, CCTV, and Access Control.
2. Responding to client callouts as part of a rota system.
3. Providing professional, high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Proactively liaising with clients, addressing concerns, and escalating to management when necessary.
5. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely completion of all administration tasks.
6. Adhering to company policies and Health & Safety legislation.
7. Supporting the team by undertaking additional duties as required to meet the needs of the business.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in servicing Access Control, CCTV, Intruder, and Fire Alarm systems.
Qualifications:
1. Thorough knowledge of relevant Fire and Intruder Alarm standards.
2. CSCS/ECS/IPAF certification (desirable).
