Our client based in Keighley is looking to recruit a Call Centre Operative on a part-time basis working weekends. Duties will include: Dealing with incoming calls Logging the information Liaising with internal departments Liaising with engineers General admin duties Key requirements: Must have a good Geographical knowledge of the UK Must have previous Call Centre experience Must have good admin skills and be computer literate Must be able to pass a Geographical / spelling test. Hours of work Saturday and Sunday 8am- 4.30pm Rate of Pay - National Minimum Wage Benefits: Free onsite parking Pension 20 days holiday bank holidays (pro rata part time)
