At McCann Manchester, we’re incredibly passionate about Apprenticeships. We have had over a decade of success hiring Apprentices who’ve subsequently progressed into Management roles within the agency and gone on to play a key role in creating award-winning work for our clients.
We’re now recruiting for the class of 24 and have a number of specialist Apprenticeships available in Creative. You’ll study a level 3 Creative Advertising apprenticeship, whilst learning on the job as part of our Creative team.

The Part You'll Play.....
As an Apprentice in Creative, you’ll study for the Creative Advertising Apprenticeship while working with our team on clients like Aldi and Matalan. You’ll gain experience in Art Direction, Copywriting, and Design while being encouraged to contribute campaign ideas, working closely with teams across the agency.
Our Apprenticeships are open to anyone over the age of 18 who shares our passion for Creativity. For the Creative Apprenticeship, you must have a GCSE Grade 4/C or above in Maths and English and a desire to learn and develop a career in Creative.
